Products & pricing
We make every effort to describe our products and list accurate prices. Prices are shown in US dollars and don’t include shipping, which is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time without notice.
Ordering & payment
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. We’ll send a confirmation once it’s received, but we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud. Payment is due in full at checkout.
Shipping & delivery
We ship frozen, packed with dry ice, within the continental United States, or you can pick up your order at our Skokie shop. Delivery estimates are just that — estimates — and we’re not responsible for carrier delays. See our Shipping & FAQ page for details.
Allergen notice
Our products contain or come into contact with common allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, milk, and soy. Our Peanut Bites contain peanuts directly, and all of our products are made in a shared kitchen where cross-contact with these allergens is possible, even for items that don’t list them as an ingredient. If you or someone you’re ordering for has a food allergy or sensitivity, please contact us before ordering, and do not rely solely on this website for allergen information.
Returns & refunds
Because our products are frozen and perishable, we’re not able to accept returns once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Intellectual property
All text, images, and branding on this site belong to Monkey Tail Delights unless otherwise noted, and may not be reused without our permission.
Limitation of liability
We provide this site and our products “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monkey Tail Delights isn’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or your order, beyond the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
