Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the continental US, packed frozen.
How long does delivery take?
We ship Monday through Thursday only, since our products are temperature-sensitive — deliveries typically land Tuesday through Saturday, usually within 48 hours of us handing your order to the carrier.
How should I store the bites?
Straight into the freezer. Best enjoyed within three months.
What’s in them?
Premium chocolate, perfectly ripe bananas and high quality toppings. That’s it.
Do you ship to my state in summer?
Every order ships in an insulated box packed with dry ice, which keeps things frozen for 24–48 hours regardless of the season, so we pack the same way year-round. We’re unable to ship to Alaska or Hawaii, and extreme weather can occasionally delay the carrier.
