These terms govern your use of monkeytaildelights.com and any order you place with Monkey Tail Delights (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products & pricing
We make every effort to describe our products and list accurate prices. Prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time without notice.
Ordering & payment
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. We’ll send a confirmation once it’s received, but we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud. Payment is due in full at checkout.
Shipping & delivery
Shipping is free on every order. We ship Monday through Thursday only, since our products are temperature-sensitive, so delivery typically falls Tuesday through Saturday. Orders ship as soon as possible after payment confirmation, and we’ll email you tracking information once it’s on its way — usually within 48 hours of shipping, though we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates or times, since weather, carrier schedules, and other events outside our control can cause delays.
We pack every order in an insulated box with dry ice, which keeps it frozen for 24–48 hours — please transfer items to your freezer as soon as they arrive. We ship via UPS or FedEx and authorize them to leave packages at your door if no one is available to receive them.
We’re unable to ship to PO boxes, Alaska, or Hawaii (additional charges may apply for special requests). Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order — once a package has shipped, we’re unable to change the address. Allergen notice
Our products contain or come into contact with common allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, milk, and soy. Our Peanut Bites contain peanuts directly, and all of our products are made in a shared kitchen where cross-contact with these allergens is possible, even for items that don’t list them as an ingredient. If you or someone you’re ordering for has a food allergy or sensitivity, please contact us before ordering, and do not rely solely on this website for allergen information.
Returns & refunds
All sales are final. Because our products are frozen and perishable, we’re unable to accept returns, refunds, modifications, or cancellations once an order has shipped.
Intellectual property
All text, images, and branding on this site belong to Monkey Tail Delights unless otherwise noted, and may not be reused without our permission.
Limitation of liability
We provide this site and our products “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monkey Tail Delights isn’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or your order, beyond the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top will always reflect the most recent changes. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
