Shipping Policy

**SHIPPING INFORMATION**
We will ship your order as soon as possible after payment confirmation. A tracking number will be provided after the package is dropped off with the shipping agency. Delivery time may take 2-3 days after dropping off at the shipping agency, but this depends on their schedule.

We ship Monday through Thursday only due to the temperature sensitivity of frozen goods, and we do not ship on weekends. Deliveries may occur Tuesday through Saturday.

We do not ship frozen items to Alaska and Hawaii. Additional charges may apply for special requests. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. We use UPS or FedEx as our shipping agency, and we authorize them to leave the package at the front door if no one is available at the time of delivery.

We use insulated boxes and dry ice to ship frozen products, which should remain viable for 24-48 hours. We recommend that customers keep items frozen as soon as they receive their delivery.

We will send an email notification once the product has shipped. We strive to deliver frozen goods within 48 hours, but we do not guarantee the date and time of delivery. Weather, natural disasters, or any other issues beyond our control may cause delays.

All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, modifications, or cancellations allowed once orders have shipped. Customers are responsible for entering all shipping information correctly when submitting their orders, as the address cannot be changed once a package has been shipped.

We offer free shipping for our frozen items. Our products may appear expensive because we need to cover all shipping, packaging, and dry ice costs, but we are offering our products at a reasonable price.
